| Tax Liens |
| The Commercial Recorder publishes several types of liens against properties and individuals. Builders and mechanic liens list the company or individual vs. company or individual, date filed, legal description, amount, and type of lien. State tax liens list the company filed against, the address and the amount of the lien. Federal tax liens provide the same information as the state tax liens but are filed by the Internal Revenue Service. A release of lien indicates that the debt or judgment has been satisfied. HOW TO USE: a variety of financial institutions, credit and construction industries utilize this information to provide credit and financial standing for their clients and suppliers. Liens are also excellent leads for accountants, investors and real estate sales. Below is a sample of tax liens that are listed everyday on our Web site. |
