This week Talk brings you the scoop on the Queen, Princess and Duchesses of the Order of the Alamo's Court of the Spirit of the Americas. The Queen of the Court of the Spirit of the Americas is Jenevieve Pitman. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. B.F. Pitman III. Jenevieve graduated from Ole' Miss with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. She recently completed an internship with Clear Channel. Past coronations include her Aunt, Peggy Pitman Mays, who was a Queen and she has two cousins who were Duchesses.

The Princess of the Sun and the Moon is Gretchen Jean Stieren. Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. George Stieren. Gretchen graduated in 2003 from Sara Lawrence in New York. She has worked at Blue Star Contemporary Art Center and plans to attend graduate school at The University of Texas to study Business Management. She wants to use her business degree to work in her family's mineral leasing company.

This year's Mistress of the Robes is Mrs. Michael Late Benedum (Mary). Mary is honored to be this year's Mistress of the Robes, having been asked to do so by her son Robert R. Bentley who served as 1st Vice President – Coronation Chairman. This is the first time anyone can remember a mother-son team working together to put on the Coronation. Talk sends kudos out to all involved in Coronation. The Court of the Spirit of the Americas will go down as keeping alive the beautiful and wonderful traditions and honor of Coronation and The Order of the Alamo. Special thanks to John Colglazier, Jr who served as this year's Publicity Chairman.
